ctrl click opens up current window and new window

Post by weston »

I hate it when i ctrl click on a post i want to read and then it opens up that post in a new tab and then the current tab goes to that post.

The solution to fix this is in the template is to remove the onlick part:

Code: Select all

<li class="row bg1" onclick="window.location.href='./viewtopic.php?f=2&t=13666&sid=2ae0b17d64716365bc9056be41a74a81'">

and

Code: Select all

<li class="row bg2" onclick="window.location.href='./viewtopic.php?f=15&t=684&sid=2ae0b17d64716365bc9056be41a74a81'">

unless there is a way to disable this. because i have to right click on a post and open it up in a new tab.

Thank you!

That is fixed.
The line was

<tr class="<!-- IF memberrow.S_ROW_COUNT is even -->bg1<!-- ELSE -->bg2<!-- ENDIF -->"onclick="window.location.href='{memberrow.U_VIEW_PROFILE}'">

I dont know why that was in there. to begin with.
I really hate PMs. Please just email me.

May be your cache.

The code is no longer there, so it shouldn't have the ability.

HA! can we isolate any code for Weston?! ;)

you should really just be renting some of amazons cloud to host the cart app and site... only pay for the traffic and storage that you use! every drop will sell out in 5 minutes or less

I know that it seems like it is taking forever but we are working on it as much as we can. Every drop we learn something new and every drop we try something new to see if it works or do not work.

seriously, Thanks for responding, i bet its hard trying to get a system that can handle so many people refreshing every 5 seconds.

I Know alot of people hate them, but random drops seem to be the best thing, sure alot of people miss out, but at least the people that do get in dont waste an entire day.
