Image posting in the forum - Help

So I just installed an imag hosting button the site that allows you to quickly add an image to a post.

The problem?

It is SO slow its not worth it.

Anyone know of a mod I can add to allow people to EASILY upload/post images to the forum. Even if they are hosted on my server.

perhaps its easier to just write a tutorial on how to use an image host, like photobucket, imageshack or xs.to

I added something that would upload a file for you to image shack, but I didnt think it was simple enough for some.
