The only publicly known original-state copy of the Four Panel Red Face set sold for $3000.
"I printed those in 97 to be street posters that were put up together to make a larger image. I never sold them because I did not like the color of the paper I had ordered but I was stuck with it. I put about 20 sets up on the street. Later the stack of prints was for the most part destroyed by a leak in my garage." -Shepard

Re: Re:
No prob, I spend a lot of time looking through all of the prints and stuff here on thegiant. This one popped into my head right away. I had the name mixed up a little, but I found it right away when I looked at the list in the print section.Molotov Man wrote:I could not remember what that was called!! Thanks man.
For something that's almost as old as Zanzi, it looks like it's in amazing condition! Seriously, the quote from Shepard about most of the being wrecked by water damage makes it seem even more awesome to me. Rare rare! Congratulations!Molotov Man wrote:It's not mint but it is now in my collection!

Taken off the street after the construction site tore it down after being up for a year. Nice weathering. I believe Shepard has a shot of this piece up on his site from a distance. I would guess that this is the oldest piece of Shepard's street art that exists.

Fantastic, RO. I don't know if I ever mentioned this, but I was the main other high bidder for this back in the day when you got it off the bay. I remember dropping out of the auction at $700 or whatever it was when you won it. I knew the day would come (today) when it would look awesome and become a true historical piece. Nice.
