can't send or receive PM

Post by MunkeyPants »

Got a message that I had a PM, mailbox was full so I deleted 70+ messages. Still get mailbox full message. Can't see the PM, tried to send a PM to that person and it says 'No recipient defined.'

Look in your "Saved Messages" folder.

Very weird, I've had a full inbox for a long time, and I just delete as many are necessary whenever I get a new PM (rockin' system, I know). But I don't run into any problems. That "No recipient defined" error sounds familiar, I get an error (something like that) from time to time, but I just click send again and it goes out.

nothing in saved messages folder. I've shut off both browsers and restarted them and it still says I have 1 new message and that I need to make space. There are only 120 some messages. It allows 200.

You'll have to release the messages that came in after your PM box reached maximum capacity. The link to do so is sort of hidden (it's not a different color or underlined), but it can be found in the text near the top of the screen (but below the header) when you are in your PM inbox.
