post clock?

It appears that the time stamp clock on posts is running about an hour past current time.

This post made at 10:50 EST. Says 11:50 am.

you gotta update your DST settings in the user control panel.

User Control Panel>Board Preferences>Edit global settings>Summer Time/DST is in effect: No

Thanks guys. but it's still showing other people's posts at the wrong time. Every user has to change it for it to work? Or do I have to logout/in for it to take effect?

Edit: nevermind it fixed when I posted that.
