2008 OG print rolling fiasco

Post by Reverend ToneZone »

It sucks, 4 of the last 5 prints I purchased from OG (LA Phil, VOTE, Obama Progress, and GLK) have all had rolling creases! WTF? The only other print I bought direct from OG this year was Alva orange, and even that arrived with a couple side dings. The few years I've collected Obey I've had maybe 2 or 3 prints show up creased or dinged, but every single print so far in 08? Really? Is anyone else having this problem? It's getting annoying . . .

It hurt when my Obama Progress had side damage! A bummer for sure!
I haven't snagged any other '08 Obey prints though.

Did you take them up on the offer? I personally think it would be pretty cool only if you planned on never trading or selling it. It would most likely hurt the value of the print though.

Lol. I am still trying to get over these print drop frenzies. Back in 2002 I would ponder for a week or so how much I should contribute to my credit card debt before making my Obey purchases.
I love my STi.

I recently had a print survive a nasty UPS incedent mostly becaue it was rolled tight. I have also noticed recent prints have flattened quicker than usual...
