Digital Gravel

Post by Dizzyegg05 »

Recipient: <orders@digitalgravel.com>
Reason: The mailbox is full and not accepting mail at this time.

3 weeks + I've waited on an order. Does'nt even say shipped on my account when i log in.
The Live chat in customer services is constantly down and when I try to email I get the above message back constantly.
Ive sent countless messages and not one reply.

Well, is it safe to say that you won't be a repeat customer?

yeah i've had problems with them in the past too. One time I got a pair of pants that had a split down the seam. I tried to replace it, but they never responded back to my email. Last time I bought anything from them...Sux I hope it works out for you!

I haven't had any experiences with Digital Gravel... but Karmaloop is awesome! I ordered something on the 22nd, got an email saying it shipped on the 22nd, and they tried to deliver it YESTERDAY (the 23rd!). I got the slowest/cheapest shipping. They are located in Ohio, so it's real close to me, but I wouldn't think they'd ship it same day and everything. It was a nice surprise! But I know Digital Gravel has some exclusive stuff, right? I thought I'd share that anyways.

Good luck getting your stuff Dizzy!

If anyone wants to try there phone number for me i'd be greatful. Ive spammed there little Submit a question boxes enough. I know they'll not get read. Unbelievably poor service.

i wouldn't mind so much about speed if they just communicated with me. There customer service is a sham.

i just called the number for you. there is a recording, and a few options you can choose. the first one i chose was "if you have a question about an order," but all that did was bring up a voice mailbox that was full. so i tried again and chose "if you need to return an item" - this brought up a recording about how to do a return, and then it did bring up a voice mail recording that was not full. based on the fact that they don't seem to check the other voice mailbox, though, i doubt that leaving them any type of voice mail will help.

Geez , there making sure they don't have to talk to you.

Ah found this :

Info@digitalgravel.com Email went through.

Orders@digitalgravel.com Mailbox fall .. mail returned unsent. (no wonder if they make it a habit to not answer mail)

I have 1 of there shirts delivered fed ex priority fine. this time i went regular shipping but its been over 3 weeks now and no update on there site. I only wanted to check the status. Its not hard , its just bone idle on there part.

I know it's not really OG's problem but i may hit them up for advice.

I think for the next OG show, instead of t-shirts we all get a pair of those.

Glad it looks like everything is working out for you. I guess I should've been more pro-active about it. I still rock the pants cuz they were just a pair of LRG sweatpants, but the hole in the leg is still there.

Got 30% off next order and some demo cd by A-Trak bunged in. I would'nt of minded so bad if they just told me after they admitted losing my order that one of the shirts was over sold or something.
