Yeah you are right, I think Chairman Mao's photographer should be suing Warhol's heirs re this the below. Thanks for brining this up, we had no idea till your lovely 1st post. As long as he has the rights to use it...
He's probably purchased the rights but i do agree he should give credit to the original artist..

This is a graphic design piece.
It's not necessary to give all of your resources for clip art or photography.
