Logging in to the Forum on an Ipad?

Post by lumix »

Hi guys,

When I log in via my laptop all is fine and my bookmarked page takes me straight in.
However, if I try on my ipad (which I am now using more and more) it does not let me log in, tells me I havetried too many times and need to enter the characters below, of which none are shown!

Am i missing something simple here or have others encountered the same problem?

Thanks
Matt

Go to the bottom right of the page and click "delete forum cookies." That should do it.

thanks for the suggestion but it still does not work!

it says 'you exceeded the maximum number of login attempts. In addition to your username and password you now also have to enter the confirm code from the image you see below'

there is the space to fill in the confirmation code but no image to copy.

Anyone else?

Yup. Exact same problem a year ago. They had to unlock my account.
