Are you talking about the advertisement or an actual print on metal?
Who's got my old stickers?
Re: metal "repetition works" sign Alife
to be fair, the in-store small signs are screen printed.
Is this what you are talking about jonpaulfool? It's small. Not 18x24.

Yes thank you, @halopigg & shonquan. i was going to bid, on that exact posting because it was metal and probably the closest i will get to the alife print. so this was an in store retail sign?

Exactly. One sold before a couple months back but I forget for how much. I wouldn't go near it for that much monies, you could throw an offer out on our board and have better luck.

A lot is an understatement. I wouldn't think it's worth more than a couple hundred dollars at most.djsp wrote:Dude. That's a lot of money for that.

Yeah gonna stay away from that snake oil seller. Probably go after a couple of other prints for that money.

For reference, I sold one of the one I own for $425 a few months ago. Was hoping for more but knew I would never get anywhere close to $1500.

I'm pretty sure he started the bidding at $200 a couple hours ago, but it's since jumped to $500. I thought it was borderline at $200. Good luck to him! I would agree with the experts here.. invest your $$ in something else!

Did either of yours "weather like the one in this auction? I don't recall them looking like that.

The picture I posted above is the one in my possession. It doesn't look as weathered as the one pictured in the auction but it could just be the lighting.
Cool little pieces though.

Re: metal "repetition works" sign Alife
I've seen 4 or 5(including this one) in the past 4 years. Not really sure how common these are. If the one on eBay doesn't sell, make the guy an offer and see if he takes it. You never know...
