Frames

Post by dave1dave »

Does anyone know of any 18 x 24 frames, that aren't custom, from michaels, or arron brothers that don't damage the prints? want to hang some of my prints, but can't shell out for a custom frame, at the moment.

Damage them in what way?

You can always buy a larger frame (22x30) and pay a little extra money to get a piece of acid-free matting and acid-free foam core cut to size (or cut it yourself to save some $).

I've not been able to find an 18x24 print from Aaron bros that doesn't cause damage to the print edges.. Let us know if you do! ;)

If you use frame spacers you shouldn't have a problem with the prints being damaged. I've swapped out numerous prints and never had an issue with the prints being damaged by the frame.

That will cover a ton of frames. Get the clear ones.
