I read somewhere they'd be sending them out before the end of January. So I suspect they will wait till it's completely done before they start sending them out, or maybe they will just supply OG with a final list.

They never responded to my email so I DM'd them on Instagram. They responded and said I was all set and they have my address. Try that to see if they respond.
