Hmmm ebay seems more worthwhile these days lol

Note there is no alternative shipping option. Hopefully this is another hiccup or no Penguin for me. :(

Excellent plan. I'm sure they're still trying to get the new cart sorted. Emailing them (politely, of course) with the site hiccups you find is always appreciated on OG's end.

well If they do stick with this UPS rate then I will be willing to go to LA once a fortnight and be part of the "LA club" and pick them up by hand after all I have just looked up the price of flights from London to LA and its only the cost of 6 lots of UPS shipping!

So just need another 5 people to chip in and I will grab me passport

Please pm me if you wanna be part of the London----->LA club

Just tried to order off of the new web store and I got a error message after returning from the Pay Pal screen.

The message read: UPS shipping rate calculation service returned the following error. Alberta is not a valid state abbreviation for Canada (error code :111286) Sorry there are no available shipping methods for your location.

Anyone seen anything like this?

Me too I will send a email to them!
I think for ture fans that we are in the old europe, they become true Thieves!!!!!
I would just like to have the shipping option and select USPS prority mail without insurrance, Any print I have received has been damaged since 2003! And to take UPS and to be grabbed by the frankfurter*ing customs and pay extrafees, stop!
They change their shipping methods or it's without me.
80bucks! Crazy, you pay more the transporter than the artist....

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Do you ship international?
- Yes, we do! We recently upgraded our shipping services and now ship internationally ONLY through UPS. UPS service will be able to provide tracking as well as insurance on your purchase. Cost is based on Country and the availability of UPS delivery. Unfortunately, we can no longer ship via USPS or any other shipping service.

OBEY GIANT is not responsible for any International Duties and/or Taxes. All duties and/or taxes are determined and collected by each individual country.

Well that's pretty much it for me $80 shipping for 1 print, count me out

That blows! and they call that an upgrade??? on top of that everytime I have heard of people using UPS they get customs charges

so we have $35 for the print
$80 for shipping
$16-$24 handling fee by UPS for paying the vat in advance for you
$20 VAT
and god knows how much for customs charges on top of the VAT

but as it stands the grand total for one poster delivered to the UK is
$159

I could cry

Its good to see OG are combatting flippers

Dizzyegg tried the UPS site earlier to see what the real costs were and it came out about the same.

Because the tube is quite long it made the default weight 3 pounds instead of 1.5 pounds which is what we put in
