Clicked 'add to collection' and a different window than usual popped up, I entered info but when submitted received the message,

This print has been added to your collection"

No changes at all.
I just added an AP to my collection without a problem.
What prints were they? Sometimes it is a print by print problem.

Abrogate wrote:^^was there a change recently to the collection coding? both of the prints i entered were 'AP's, not numbered, the problem might lie there.

SF Fire Escape and Obey X COPE2 X MARTHA.
I just tried again and got the same error message.
The add print screen is basic text with boxes for input on a white background, as oppossed to the usual pop up screen that overlays the wiki.

It was a javascriot error. Im really surprised you only saw this for a few of them. Are you on a different browser?

It should be fixed now.

Has anyone else run into sporadic problems in the wiki with the 'add to collection' button not always being displayed?

So no?
It is still not working?

I made several changes to the code that should have fixed it.

If javascript is not functioning correctly or is turned off, you will not see the button.

The button isnt there for me, I checked my settings and javascript is enabled. This is a problem that I have had sporadically it will be gone for a bit and then if I keep trying (same day or the next) it often will reappear.

Havent been able to confirm the fix for the other problem yet.

What browser are you using?
Are you able to check with a different browser?

Am using Explorer. I tried with Firefox and it worked without any problems (other than that I had to log into both the wiki and forum in order to add to my collection).
Went back in on explorer to check a few different prints and none of them have the add to collection button.

Errrg. I hate IE - it is impossible to debug. What version?

I dont have a copy to check it with until I get back to work next week. It works in opera, Firefox, safari and chrome.

I would say he is running IE9. I can see the same issue, no "add to collection" off the Wiki page for any print.

Running thegiant.org in compatibility mode for IE9 will fix the issue.

  Nice quote obbi.
Completely off topic but...
Just came across this random stat in van jones' ' green collar economy,'
"as a result of the ten pounds that the average u.s.citizen gained in the 1990's the airline industry has burned 350 million additional gallons of fuel per year."

Not sure if this has been tried yet, but still no 'add to collection' button here. :(

Apologies, new user so I'm sorry if this is a stupid question.

I have registered for the Forum, but am unable to register for the wiki yet. It appears I need to make a few forum posts first.

I wanted to try and upload my collection, but that doesn't appear to be working. I'm able to update my settings, but there are no available links to upload my collection or list the prints I want.

Am I doing something wrong or do I need to post in the forums multiple times before I can add my collection?

Thanks
