It was a ridiculous, god-awful listing ... No main photo for the auction, terrible description. Easily overlooked. I was tempted given the cheap price but no room for another large format piece.

Not necessarily low...but a fair price IMO.

I could see it selling for much more in the condition the seller reporting it being in.

Maybe not WOW but I think it was a good deal.

http://www.ebay.com/itm/321047298637?ss ... 1423.l2649

Maybe the buyer having 0 feedback and the print being framed kept the price down

The print is drymounted, so the buyer actually overpaid.

That blows. Fun fact: Since I have been on here so long, and we have the forum rules that replaces "objectionable" words, every time I see a sentence with "drymounted" in it, I just read it as "effed".

Its funny that the seller said the print was "properly framed from day one." I would be p!ssed if I paid 700+ and it came drymounted. Thanks for the info.

  re drymounted = effed....I suppose in this case they truly are interchangeable.

+1

I'm never quite sure if a print is actually drymounted...

I was tracking the auction last night. It did jump up from the $300 level in the last two minutes and past my theshold in the last 30 seconds. Glad it did since nowhere in the listing did it say it was dry mounted,

yah, but our swear word replacement system replaces F-words with "frankfurter." i believe the "drymounted" replacement is from ebeans.

I used term drymounted literally. As in the print was glued to foam core, thus using the drymounting practice.

Don't know what you think of this.. But I think they were going quit low

Two Evolve Devolve (1st edition, 18x24) prints going for under $100
http://www.ebay.com/itm/121058142703?ss ... 1438.l2649
http://www.ebay.com/itm/190793514549?ss ... 1438.l2649

Obey '99, Large format sold for $504, originalprice was $400 back in 2006 and the new ObeyGiant price on nearly same size looks like $750 (Sedation pill).
http://www.ebay.com/itm/290848971895?ss ... 1438.l2649

Sticker Kit, I know it's not getting that much love (don't understand why) + one bent corner.. but going for under cost for an 3 year old print.
http://www.ebay.com/itm/160979960453?ss ... 1438.l2649

Luggage Tag, again, I know that the buttom is not looking that good, but $155 ? Six Month Average on EB is $500.
http://www.ebay.com/itm/140922268897?ss ... 1438.l2649

Z-trip for $44 shiped within US, under cost (I picked up this myself).

I personally don't think that's low considering it sold for 3x it's original cost.
