This thing is straight dope. The bees knees. Really beautiful, mazn.

First of all, the packaging. My favorite method: flat, sandwiched between two pieces of foamcore:

The detail on this is amazing:

I am extremely happy with this and it's moved up to the very top of my "to frame" queue, ahead of Driving Home Alone, which coincidentally has the same measurements. I am sure it will look 10x better on the wall than on the floor. White mat, black mat, or colored matting?

Cant wait for mine to arrive. Am I correct in assuming it's his largest print to date?

I dont have any of his others, are they the same size?

Yes, this is his largest print to date. His others have been about half the size. It really is stunning.

I think you can get a pretty good deal on these this time of year. One just sold on eBay for less than $800. Not bad considering his smaller-sized prints (that are a little bigger than half the size) go for up to $600.

They are originals and both sold before I even got a peek. I don't know about the price, sorry. My wild guess with no solid basis would be that they were $8k together.

New prints are beautiful, but a tad expensive. I only see him getting bigger, though.
