.

missing a sub who may or may not go that day is one thing and acceptable in my eyes...

starting a guy who has not played in the league for 3 weeks ( Randle )(especially when you have other running backs on your bench) is bs..... :?

Did everyone get their prints in?

Also, can we get a published list of the prints that were subitted as entries?

I don't recall anyone not trying from who I've played. Seems competitive to me.

And really, dissolve the league? Wouldn't non-active teams increase your chance of winning?

I think what has folks "not trying" is the fact that only 4 teams get in the Playoffs. Having such a small amount teams in the Playoffs always has half the leage "not trying" halfway through the season. This is why I proposed a vote for 6 teams in the playoffs. If there was six teams in the Playoffs, I bet that it would still be super competitive because most would still be in the hunt.

i have been pushing for the 6 team playoffs for 2 or 3 years..... - i always hear "next year" but it never happens. - it would keep folks competetive and "into" the games.... oh well.... next year, I will pass on this league... my other leagues are much more fun and entertaining. (too many bench players in this league means little or no movement of players)... plus the scoring is low and boring.... just my 2cents. In our other leagues we have "bitches of the week" where the lowest scoring team every week pays $10-20 bucks.... - it keeps teams active and trying!!!

From the standings, at this point all teams are still alive except for the last 2.

Still not understanding what the fuss is. What does someone have to show you to prove they are "into" the games? Again, the teams that I've played seem to be trying.

I like the new ideas ec, but don't need them to still have fun.

being into the games would mean not starting a guy this past week who was dropped a month ago from his professional team...

.

congrats... ^ my team dissappeared in the finals... lol....

lets wrap this up people.... i don't know what the split was on the prints....

my guess is something like the the following: 12 teams = 12 prints

1st gets 8 prints total (including their own offered) (7 prints shipped to winner)
2nd 3 prints ( one of which is their own) (2 prints shipped)
3rd gets to keep their own print ... (0 shipped)

That ^^ way there is less money wasted on shipping.

i dont know if it was discussed or not but the above breakdown is the approxmate $$$ breakdown of the
the other leagues i am in.

i am not the commis... so if something was already determined, then we should go with that....
just throwing this out there.... ec

happy new year folks

Thanks and good game ec, congrats on making it to the final. Murk has the print I put up so he would have to ship 8 anyway. It was already determined that the winner has the first choice of the 8.
