Re: Eine, Ben
I find it funny that people are only now starting to notice the missing "w" in his alphabet prints... 26 letters don't lay out evenly on 5 lines but 25 letters do.slidingaround wrote:Don't know if you guys are being sarcastic or not but Eine often leaves out the 'W'.displaced bear wrote:weird. why isnt it there?halopigg wrote:I like it but am upset that the missing letter is "W"

My last name starts with W that's all. Why does he consistently leave out the same letter? Anyone know?
Who's got my old stickers?

To make the piece square and W is the biggest letter.

“My paintings sell for between £10,000 and £20,000. I’m not designing skateboards and stickers. They’re luxury products so I saw the collaboration with Louis Vuitton as a natural progression between two people who make beautiful, well-crafted things.”

Re: Eine, Ben
Does he realize what a bandwagoner he sounds like? "I don't design skateboards and stickers". Just classy stuff like Louis Vuitton scarves. Love the "limited edition" sculptures (paperweights that look like a ripoff of Faile). Only 300 of them available for 2,500 bps each. What is that - over $1 million us dollars? Good luck with that sale.
Re: Eine, Ben
Ben Eine show at Artspace gallery in Dubai through March. Artspace-Dubai.com. Print edition of mod ern art neon still available in a couple colors for $520 usd, each color an edition of 15. Some originals available for $4000 up. They will ship internationally. He also did a huge wall mural in Abu Dhabi on the second oldest building in the city, the Sheikh was there and even signed the mural with Ben. The UAE is starting to bubble to life with street art, fun to be here to see it.
