The one thing I always found weird about Faile's site is the fact that the store background is actually a screenshot of Walmart's homepage...

I think it's supposed to be like their webpage is "graffiti'd" over another page.. my take on it anyway..

They seem to have 11 different background images. If you change the 2.gif to any number between 1 and 11, you'll see different website screen shots. The one that looked like the Yellow Pages might have been a screen shot of Best Buy:

JErikR wrote:Alright, two more rookie Faile questions:
1) What does "Faile" mean? I know, I'm sure it's like somebody asking what Obey means.
2) Who is the "Ducky Waddles of Faile?"
Thanks for humoring me....
The 3 person collective started around 1998 started by calling themselves Alife - After realizing there was the store Alife in NYC and not wanting confusion or legal problems, switched to an anagram - Faile..
They also stated it was a good time to switch it up because they were getting arrested at the time for bombing..
As far as I know there is no DW of Faile.. if you find someone, let me know!
