Obey is supposed to be in Dubai at d3 Dubai Design District next week. There it's going to be a wall or mural, but might be a wrap vs a painting. Heard Shepard is not coming, just part of his crew. Anyone know more, would like to meet up with who ever is coming.

I have the original print hanging in my house. It's my favorite Obey image so I'd say the more the better. Hope to see some good pics outside of ebay.

Always wanted Loom...still rather have the OG than a letterpress. But I'll sure try to get it!

There will be a new book soon. It picks up where Supply and Demand left off.

Roam from the Obey crew gave me some stickers which was appreciated, no prints on site though. Hope this was a test of the waters and a full show comes eventually. Nice event.

I was curious about Sheps materials. Are they made from renewable energy? Are the Obey Giant screen print inks crude oil free? I always assumed these were givens but I cant find any details documenting what he uses. Anyone know anything about this?

I highly doubt the materials themselves are made from renewable energy. Only as much as PG&E has in their publicly available mix.

On that note, Studio #1 should be great spot to throw some panels on........if it doesn't have them already.

Shepard Fairey donated a couple of originals, they can be had for cost here

"TheClash are my all-time favorite band and their frontman, #JoeStrummer, is a hero of mine for his music, lyrics, wit, compassion for the underdog, and stance against injustice. I’ve donated several pieces of art to the Dread Meets Punk Rockers Art Fundraiser benefiting @joestrummerfoundation curated by @jillaspilla. Please check it out and show your support! Thanks for caring! - Shepard"
