Why does the site not get as much traffic now?

The biggest problem is the registration process is broken so no new members can join. The site needs to be totally upgraded.

So wait... that means we can share information just amongst ourselves?

Nope. Chat about anything as long as in the right channel. There is a collector chat where folks talk prints and fine art.

Now we find him safety masked up over the invisible boogie man plandemic hanging out with Devo's Mark 'virtue signalling' Mothersbaugh also face diapered selling us on embracing big daddy government keeping us safe - the new Commie world order while we abandon the 2nd amendment to pave the way for unfettered mass immigration of authority loving lefties looking for Shep supported UBI equality for all in the race to the totalitarian bottom where all are equally enslaved. Maybe that's why this place is a ghost town ? Or maybe Shep's other propaganda passion ..the earth destroying CO2 we all selfishly exhale has formed some sort of debilitating hypoxiatic cloud over the now sleep induced community? All the new collector fans sheepishly (Shepard 'Frank' anybody ?? ..Shepard sheep obey sheep shepard ? ..too perfect) embrace the same totalitarian philosophy which isn't the same sort of passion that built this forum in the first place. All the world is a stage and this one served it's purpose but the conversation is now one way ... top down.

There are some nice things about the Obey Discord ... like Shep showing up for live AMAs. Not something that can be done here.

There is plenty of NFT chat -- but also very active discussions about things like stickers and street murals ... lots of pics of both from out in the wild ...

I miss this place being the go to for obey info. Sadly everything seems to have gone to discord and the socials. Where are us old guys supposed to go?

I stopped regularly updating the wiki and posting release info back in 2020 when the activity was starting to die down… sadly a lot of discord and social media stuff is more people complaining about flipping (or discussing value) than appreciating the work itself. And the discord is mostly NFT folks — which isn’t in and of itself a bad thing — but probably not aligned with many of the collectors here.
