Despite my earlier "thumbs up" at buying them , and getting two congrats emails telling me my orders had been accepted Ive now just recieved a friendly email from the Burma site telling me my orders are void because the Credit Card system they use is not geared towards overseas purchases.

Having said that , the lady who wrote to me has offered to let me buy them via Paypal.

Will let you know when she replies to my replying email.

I will also mention to her the troubles you guys seem to be having in getting through the buying process ....she did mention it was set up to deal with USA and CANADA only.
Does anyone received the Burma freedom print ?
If yes can we have any infos on the print ( quality, signed or not) )
Ive still not recieved my Burma's yet , nor my Rollins neither ....i anticipate them arriving sometime this week.

I was on the Rollins site today and looks like the Frequent Flyer posters are no longer available. I also checked the link from page 2 of the forum for the L.E.A.D. Uganda posters and the link is dead. I received the two prints about a month ago in great condition, both signed and both numbered under 100 of the 450 run. I had issues processing purchase through PayPal and ended up sending a check instead. At that time I did email exchange to purchase.
As anside the SSI picture disks are still available - see Obey post a few months back.

I know the Jordan prints were posted before, not sure about the unsigned, un-numbered Kobe prints available through Upper Deck. Limited 1000 run:

In reguards the above Kobe litho ,...if your anybody other than American or Canadian forget it ...

A) theres no option to go forward in checkout as they only have USA or Canada in the dropdown box.

B) When you contact them Fvia Email explaining your predicament , they are nice and polite but want $102 postage to send it to you via Fedex....for a $35 litho.

Groovy!

Stay closed to the world economy baby!

Good question. The website doesn't make any mention on the number.

Just wanted to say thanks for this thread and one of those Peace Corps prints will be mine eventually!

Also, I don't know if this is still at original cost but it appears you can still get some of Shep's SSI stuff from the source.

Unsigned and unnumbered version of this print available on the event site. It is 18x 24 (a little larger).

Looks nice in person. Not bad for $25. Pick one up before they all end up on eBay. (Tested this myself, resold for $49, not really worth the effort, but it did pay for the one I kept).

An unsigned litho print for Orion Festival is still available: http://store.orionmusicandmore.com/prod ... ive-poster

I received my Drop In The Bucket print a week or so ago. I was surprised at the packaging, as in tte print was simply rolled up and shoved in the tube. Print had a slight bend on one corner that flattened out thankfully.

Poster for Amnesty International ...Not signed , not numbered

Maybe its best if you look up your own countries AI website as the postage for international delivery can be brutal (Canada wanted $60 international postage for a poster priced at $8!)

UK ..price £9.50 , plus £4.50 postage

UK site .. http://amnestyshop.org.uk/shepard-faire ... oster.html

Canada site .. Price $8 ...postage ??

Mainly benefitial to UK and European buyers , this is still available for $100 , plus about $22 postage , they mark it down without asking so you dont need to pay any excessive customs charges.

So for about $120ish it costs more or less the same , if not less , than buying from Obey on a normal $55-$60 drop when you factor in the cost of his shipping ($50) and the inevitable customs charges when it arrives.

The Amnesty print is now 25% off on the US site, $15. Shipping for 2 was $4. Couldn't pass it up.

I had forgotten about this print after first posting on it a few months ago and dealing with ordering problems. But, in a recent Obey order I received a Freedom to Lead sticker (that I've been since using as a bookmark...I know) and got all psyched about the print again. The sticker actually looks great. Anyway, tried ordering the print again after previous order glitches with their system, and lo and behold the order went through and I received the print this week!

Haven't flattened it yet, but I can say a few things. It doesn't seem to be litho, if fact seems more like it's on the standard type of stock used by Obey or at least something similar (I'm no expert on paper though). Peeked at the image too. Looks more like an offset. Very happy about that! Two things that I was less pleased with: no craft paper so a pain to de-tube and and had some dings/bends from not being rolled very well. Not surprisingly was unsigned and unnumbered (boo).

All in all mostly pleased, especially for the price. Might look into seeing if they can do a better job with packing if I decide to re-order. Will update re: image quality soon.
