the giant hasn't updated times for daylighy savings. i thought i dropped an hour ago, so i figured i had more time to think about it. i guess i really didn't want it.

you have to update the time on the forum yourself. go to the user control panel. under the "board preferences" tab, update your time zone (for example, i am on the east coast and changed my zone from "UTC-5" to "UTC-4"). you'll be all set until the fall, when you get to do the reverse!

I didn't even bother with this release. Falls into the Adopt/Martha Cooper column for me so got to keep sleeping while this one dropped. Sounds like servers worked better? Or maybe less people?

I dunno, if they really released upwards of 200 and they went that fast, I'm almost believin' they've "fixed" some "server" problems... I've never believed this in the past, but I'm startin' to think so...

I don't think they fixed a durn thing. I'm sure it's just because there were not a lot of people going for this and the server didn't get clogged up.

My prediction is that they'll hit something close to the original $45 on Ebay before long. I really like it though (even though I think the beams are going to tilt out of the cable and fall toward the far end.) It was still very fun hitting F5 nine zillion times and grabbing one in the rush.

I don't think so. These should hold at least $75 and probably be more like $125 over the next few months. After that...up!

I don't know if low order numbers mean anything, but I have the lowest number of any I've seen mentioned and I got mine at 7 minutes after the hour on my clock. The site showed out of stock for me at 10 minutes after the hour.
