Looks like the notorious surf break "Jaws" in Hawaii. Dunno if it's done by shep though.

Upon closer inspection it does look like a Fairey work.

It is called "Jaws Wave"
it is 50x72 stencil collage on cotton rag
It is available at Deitch for $22,000..or at least was available,
not sure if it still is

I think it is beautiful and I am sure a hint of what is to come.
