for the MBW haters......
I have spent 90% of my money on women and wine.........the rest i wasted!!
Re: post your framed prints here!
That Life Is Beautiful print is reason enough for me to be a fan of MBW. I've decided I don't really care if he is or is not worthy of the attention he gets. Pardon my use of an antique cliche, but it is no skin off my nose.
Re: post your framed prints here!
Picked up 2 days ago.
Re: post your framed prints here!
Thanks for the mock up rumspring - went with a lighter frame than usual and it really picks up the color of the paper well. The matting is off white but looks bright white in the pics due to the flash. I'll put it in the bedroom but threw it up on an existing hook in the lounge room to see how it came up.
Re: post your framed prints here!
I like that combination. I don't know if the light natural wood and cream mat combination is new, old, popular, unpopular, or what, but I like it. Clean and simple. Seems like I saw a bunch of Da Vinci sketches or something like that framed that way at the Louvre or maybe the National Gallery in London.cokes wrote:

Framed just in time for Christmas. My brother's a punk rock fanatic and he'll love this. Bought him the CD too. He got into punk as a teenager (Rancid, Pennywise, NOFX, Suicide Machines). Maybe this will whet his taste for some of what inspired those more recent bands.
Illy, million thanks for the directions to help with my first img post!

Wheels, I love that frame and mat combination. The red frame makes the leopard skin part of the print jump off the page if you ask me.
I understand why a lot of people don't like bold frames because they don't want them to distract from the image, but I love this for the Raw Power print. I think it is very punk rock.

Finally got some stuff up!
2 OGs, 4 prints. Ernesto/Shep Collab. There's more I want to put up on this wall but this is where it's at right now.
Need some more small canvases from the Posse! Great start though, IMO!
