These 12 people are in the draft:

We will be going for three box sets total. If we only get two box sets the last 4 names on the list are out, if we get 1 set the last 8 names on the list are out unless you are the one who scores the set in which case you have first pick from the set you scored and the next to last name comes off. There is no point in splitting one set between 12 people or even 8 for that matter, the point of this is to try an increase our chances to get some prints from the set and reduce cost. If the set is $950 plus shipping we are looking at $250-$280 per person and each person will get 9 prints plus an extra (the box, stencil, cd or stickers)

Draft order will be like real football 1-12, then back to 1 unlike fantasy football when you pick 1-12 then 12-1.

I still need paypal addresses from most of you so please PM me with that info. We will also be creating an "up" text message distro list, if you want on please include your cell phone. It will be distributed to the 12 members participating in the draft.

Another thing to consider is those of you in this draft going for sets who live in LA probably pay a lot of tax! When my cousin told me the total the set came to at the show after tax I was annoyed I'd completely forgotten about it. Still worth it of course :)

Curious to see how this works out, can you guys do the draft live! I'd love to see which ones get picked first! haha

I was thinking about doing it on Ustream if we do end up getting one. We will take the total cost verified by the sales receipt and divide it evenly among the participants.

So here is the deal:

On drop day if you score a set PM me, I will then send out paypal invoices to everyone. Payments are due within 48 hours. If you score, I will need a copy of your order confirmation and paypal receipt to verify that you did score the set and how much it was with taxes and shipping. Once payments are received I will distribute the funds to each member that did score. You just hold on to the set. We will come up with a list of each print and have the draft live on Ustream. You will call your picks into me and we will cross them off the list. Once the draft is over the people who scored will break the set up and send it to the people who picked said prints. People will be responsible for sending shipping money to the winner of the set in order to have the set shipped.

We should also have a live version of the draft running in this thread. I don't know if I'll be available to sit in front of a computer for the draft. I will be able to access the net from my iPhone, but don't think I'll be able to get on to ustream. Just a thought for others who might be in the same position as I am.

Well we should pick a time that is best for all/most of us.

We should have a week to figure that out due to shipping. Once we see if we get a few sets we can then work out the actual draft logistics.
