...and wonder.
...and ponder your decisions to collect prints from one of the most successful and accessible artists in recent history.
...and check the board to see what your brethren is experiencing.
...and ponder how much additional money you would pay to avoid this silly process.
...because you are only moments away from having your hopes dashed.
...and clean your keyboard you slob.
This is just too much fun.

Re: Anticipation! OBEY COUP D’ETAT
Its been up now for 20-ish minutes ....still available
Re: Anticipation! OBEY COUP D’ETAT
Patience won out. I resisted the urge to refresh, or begin an additional order. After 16 minutes I received the "order processed" screen and the confirmation emails.
As someone else said on here somewhere; when a major print-drop occurs in the future I think this exercise in patience is going to be incredibly frustrating and difficult.

i'm a fan. it does have a lot going on, but it works. would have preferred it without the bottom half 'dead' space. can't wait to see what's next!

The site is just cr@p period. I just went to buy a pack of stickers and it took about 5 mins to complete, AN THERE IS NO TRAFFIC ON THE SITE!!! How do they expect to sell anything when there is traffic? It did the same thing as yesterday. Slow, took forever to submit to go through. What a joke. This is gonna be such a laffer when the Neil Young prints drop.

let's just blame the latest issue on the IPv6 switch/activation and call it a dayDunDun wrote:The site is just cr@p period. Sorry, did not mean to be cryptic.... "Outil de la guerre" literally translates into "tool of the war," and it sounds as odd and clunky and nonsensical in French as it is in English.... What he probably meant was "outil de guerre," which would translates into "tool of war." However, he was probably going for "war tool," which sounds OK in English but still odd an clunky in French.... "outil" is simply not the right word for this combination.... "outil de la guerre" combines odd with a grammatical faux pas.... In summary, not anything a French speaker would use or say.... This is a linguistic gaffe....halopigg wrote:please explain.

As you scream to the poster gods, "Why? Why? Why?"
Then your cart is empty and you heave a sigh
And your tears wet your keyboard as you start to cry.

"Arme de Guerre" would be a correct alternative, weapon instead of tool

Just got mine today. Really beautiful print in person and the smell is heavy on this one! Btw, paper is ultra thin stock.

i think the clunky clunk is all about articles. Extra article used when one isn't needed sounds just as bad when omitted when needed. In Russian they don't use a/an/the or the 'be' verb (am/is/are) which explains why they sound clunky (sometimes) when speaking English.
In Mother Russia, verbs conjugate you.
