I really am digging this idea, but the one thing I don't understand is why Shep didn't make them the same size as real money? Wouldn't that just make sense? maybe its me.

Regardless of the design and colors, and even if it dosen't look like real money, the secret service wold be knocking on shep's door with a quickness. I's sure that is a headache he dosen't need.
