I think it's supposed to be rubble. Those are eagles, not sea gulls. And what's with teh Kremiln in the back right?

I agree. Considering a lot of his imagery is used frequently on a lot of his prints and HPMs. Ironically enough, it looks like the propaganda industries building is in there...
Love it. Its different, but still familiar with many Obey trademarks(the red/black, the rays, the blimp, the buildings). The rubble up front reminds me of Logan Hicks work.
