saw that we had a MLB post season 2011 thread so thought I would start a new one.

Just watched Weavers no no (the last 3 innings) congrats to him - hopefully this is the turn around that the Angels need.

I am thoroughly enjoying how big of a mess/soap opera the red sox are

RIP Mo's career. I loathe the Yankees but the man's a living legend.

the whole season. the sox are in a bad situation. a lot of $ locked up in players that are average at best (lackey, crawford, beckett), and untradeable. it's just an unlikeable squad. and the ownership is worse. the worst thing that could happen is this play in wildcard. this team needs to lose.

i'm rancid...

This weekend's series against the Yanks will be pivotal for them.

Angels are really surging. Trout's proving to be a big fish.

I sea what you did there.

Today's his 21st bday and he's hitting .348 with 19 dingers and 59 RBIs. Not too shabby for a rookie.

Don't forget 36 steals. Currently ranked as the #1 player in fantasy baseball by CBS. Just crazy numbers for a 20 year old rookie.

Is it to early to throw this out there?
Weaver - Cy Young
Trout - MVP

I've been passing on free Phillies tickets for the last 3 months. I'd rather watch the misery from the comfort of my own couch.
