Anticipation: Pattern of Corruption

Cleon Peterson and I recently collaborated on a mural in Miami’s Wynwood district and were happy enough with the end result to decide to make some limited edition screen prints inspired by the mural. Cleon and I both deal with the persistent themes of the fragility of society, human savagery, and corruption in our work. The image has a dichotomy in its hypnotic classical floral pattern with sinister elements woven into it, which caution the viewer to look deeper than an appealing surface presentation.

i think the blue looks best....has this Classical Greek feel to it. that said, prob won't buy. Peterson's imagery just comes off too violent for my taste.

Ditto. Feels a tad bit expensive too. Think I'll decide on the day if I'm gonna go for it.

Expensive? It breaks down to $60 a print which is right in line with collab prints. Wish I could go for this one but gotta watch from the sidelines.

Personally, I feel like you can't go wrong with any color way. With that said, I'd be happy with that blue one. I feel like this is a Cleon print that is more "home friendly" as oppose to the other ones with scenes of violence.

It's hard to say no to the gold ink Shep uses on his prints, but I'll be going for the Blue.

was on the fence with this print. but now i am snowed in so might as well give it a college try. also going for the texas chainsaw print today at the same time. hope they don't drop at the same time. and website acting very slow here too. not a good sign.

I am not sure it is worth it. It is slower than when the drop actually takes place for a good print. These are not going to sell for a ton more than face IMO.
